Luis here--I'm a 1-year-old big fluffy black boy with one unmistakable white whisker that makes me stand out in every room I walk into. I recently arrived at HART alongside my companions Gracie Gray, Bear, and Hot Rod after everything we knew changed all at once. Even though I'm the youngest in the group, I'm still feeling the impact of that big transition in my own way. Luckily, I've got a naturally hopeful spirit. I love to play, chase, explore, and then--without warning--switch straight into cuddle mode like it's my full-time job. When I'm happy, I make the best biscuits you've ever seen, usually while purring like I've got a little engine of my own. I'm still adjusting to this new chapter, but I'm really leaning into the good parts: gentle humans and moments that feel safe again. What I'm looking for now is a loving home where I can keep growing up feeling secure, playful, and adored for exactly who I am.
