Bullrider is a playful, sensitive guy who has made wonderful progress in building confidence and friendships with staff. He loves toys, enjoys learning through treats and play, and has a fun, goofy side that shines once he feels comfortable. Bullrider has shown good social skills with other dogs and responds well to play and corrections from canine friends. He'll do best with an adopter who can continue helping him build trust and confidence while giving him plenty of enrichment, structure, and love.
