Meet Victor! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 5/9, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. The volunteers describe Victor as a friendly, distinguished gentleman who was clearly loved at one time. Someone took the time to teach Victor manners because he knows sit, shake, down, and stay.
