Eliza is a big-hearted Shepherd mix with around 50–60 pounds of love to give. Her personality is built on closeness — she thrives when she’s near her people, whether they're curled up in bed or on the couch for a TV binge. Outdoors she’s happiest with a walk and will proudly carry a stick or squeaky toy. She’s crate trained and housebroken, even ringing a bell at the door to let you know she needs to go out. With a strong build, Eliza does need a sturdy crate that matches her energy. She gets along well with boy dogs and enjoys playing with cats. With strangers, she can be shy at first, but once she sees her person is comfortable, she warms up quickly. Patience and understanding go a long way with her.
