About Ty
Ty is a four-year-old Bengal who found safety at his foster home after a rough early life outdoors. He wears the scars of his past but has shed old fears since settling in. Early on, he struggled with severe GI issues and anxiety, and was so scared at the shelter that daily life stressed him out. Everything changed when he transitioned to a raw diet—now, he relishes his meals and his health has stabilized. Ty’s confidence grows daily, and he turns to his foster family with real trust. He’s come a long way and now enjoys playing tag with other cats, gets the zoomies, and never hides his excitement when mealtime is near. He definitely gets along with other polite cats—his feline housemates have helped him feel safe and playful. Ty hasn’t been around dogs or children but bonds deeply with patient, gentle people. Men may need to build trust gradually, but Ty is learning that they can be friends too. He adores his catio and spends hours relaxing there, so a similar setup in his new home would be a bonus. Despite his history, Ty is quick to snuggle in his foster’s lap and enjoys gentle affection. He is neutered, vaccinated, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
