About ShellLee
Shelllee’s story started outside a gas station, but she’s come a long way since then. She was rescued as a starving, pregnant stray and walked herself right into a new life. Her kittens have all gone off to great homes, and now Shelllee—short and stout, with stunning green eyes—wants to settle into her own. She’s a senior cat who has been waiting patiently for a new family since 2020. Shelllee needs an experienced, truly cat-savvy adopter and does best in a quiet, dog-free environment. She’s comfortable with other cats after a proper introduction and happily lives with several in foster. At mealtime, she’ll rub up for attention, and she’s got a real talent for turning on the charm. She’s completely litter box trained, eats both canned and dry food, and loves a good brushing. Known for her kneading and content purrs, Shelllee will also make quick work of any rodent problem—she’s an exceptional mouser. Born in early March, she’s a classic Pisces, equal parts determined and affectionate. She meets and greets at the Collegeville PetSmart if you’d like to see her in person. Give her the home she’s waited so long for. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
