Yzma is about a year old and lives life with a big Bulldog personality. She weighs in around 40+ lbs, and while the rescue notes she might have a mix in her, you’ll spot that classic blocky Bulldog build right away. Yzma is all personality: she loves people, happily interacts with other dogs of varying sizes, and if you’ve got other pups, she’s up for being part of the crew—as long as a meet and greet happens first, since she likes to play the leader. She does well with kids eight and up but tends to jump, so small children aren’t the best fit. No signs of food or toy aggression, just a bit of impatience to be first in line.  Recently, she had a soft palate and nasal opening surgery to help her breathe more easily, which has made a difference. She’s mostly black with a white chest, and true to breed, she snores, slobbers, and insists on lap time. She’ll try to chew anything, even TV remotes if not tucked away. She’s house trained, crate trained, decent on a leash and loads up into the car without fuss, making her a solid travel buddy. At the vet, she’s been around cats and didn’t react, though her true feline compatibility remains uncertain. Her tongue is always out and eager—petting her means getting a lick.
