Poppy’s story started with heartbreak, but she never stopped fighting. This beautiful tuxedo girl came into our care as an emaciated kitten pulled from the euthanasia list, battling ringworm and barely hanging on. Just when things finally seemed to improve, she was diagnosed with FIP, but true to form, Poppy proved she’s stronger than anyone could’ve imagined. Today, Poppy is healthy, thriving, and ready for the forever home she’s always deserved. She can be a little shy at first and needs time to warm up, but once you’ve earned her trust, she’s an incredibly sweet and gentle companion. Beneath that cautious exterior is a loving girl who’s overcome more than most cats ever should. Poppy has fought so hard for her happy ending. Now all she needs is someone willing to give her the patience, love, and security she’s waited so long for.
