Meet Rhea — a stunning Border Collie with a heart just as beautiful as her looks. Rhea came to STAF after being rescued from a county shelter in Kentucky, and somehow this sweet girl was completely overlooked. While we don’t know much about her life before rescue, we’ve quickly learned that Rhea is incredibly affectionate, loves belly rubs, adores people, and has been friendly with the other dogs she arrived with. Like many Border Collies, Rhea is smart, active, and ready for adventure. She’ll thrive in a home that can keep both her mind and body busy, and she would especially love a family familiar with Border Collies or other herding breeds.
