Delilah is a young, medium-sized Pittie/Hound mix with a short, striking black and white coat. Weighing a solid 60 pounds, she’s big enough to keep up with active families but also makes a loyal, cuddly companion on the couch. Her energy alternates between hard play sessions and wholehearted snuggle time. Delilah is fully vetted, spayed, and her adoption fee is currently waived. She is both crate and house trained, and she responds well to positive reinforcement—especially if treats are involved. Delilah is playful with other dogs and does well around children of all ages. She lives with cats now, though she sometimes chases or tries to play with them, so she may fit best with confident cats or in a dog-only household. This affectionate girl loves to greet her people with enthusiastic wiggles and enjoys napping with her canine friends. She’s working on clicker training and continues to take to it well. Delilah can have some separation anxiety, so a crate is recommended when she’s left alone for her comfort and safety.
