Serenity is taking things one step at a time as she settles in and learns to trust. She would thrive with a patient adopter who understands that shy dogs blossom with time, consistency, and compassion. Quiet environments, soft voices, and gentle encouragement will go a long way in helping her build confidence. She's absolutely terrified and shutting down in the shelter environment. What she needs most is a foster home where she can finally exhale and realize she's safe.
