About Quinn

Meet Quinn: Professional Tennis Ball Supervisor Quinn is a 2-year-old pittie mix with 45 pounds of pure sweetness, silliness, and “where are you sitting because I’d like to be directly on top of you” energy. This girl is basically a living weighted blanket with legs. Her prized possession in life? An emotional support tennis ball. She proudly carries it around like it contains important business documents. Laundry room inspection? Ball. Backyard patrol? Ball. Nap time? Definitely ball. Quinn can be a little shy when meeting new people, so she’d do best in a calmer home without a revolving front door of visitors. But don’t worry, her love language is snacks, and once treats are involved, you’ll quickly move from “stranger danger” to “best friend who scratches my butt.” She seems interested in other dogs and may enjoy a canine buddy, but a meet & greet is required to make sure everyone approves of each other’s vibe. She’s also a bit intimidated by cats and could potentially live with one who won’t bully her during her daily tennis ball meetings. Quinn would likely do fine with kids and is ready to learn all the good dog manners. Since she’s still young, she’ll need continued training... especially because this adorable little meatball may occasionally dabble in counter surfing. If you leave a sandwich unattended, Quinn may consider that a community snack situation. If you’re looking for a goofy, cuddly, sensitive girl who will keep you laughing and never let your tennis balls feel lonely again, Quinn is ready to move in immediately. If interested, please call the shelter at 231-861-5395 and leave a message to be placed on this dog's adoption list. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact individuals as they appear on the list. The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, and are dewormed.
