About Finnie
Finnie lost his home when his previous owner could no longer care for him. Heās a spirited 1.5-year-old Lab mix with a strong drive to retrieveānothing makes him happier than chasing after his favorite toy in the yard. Finnie bonds quickly with people who show him kindness. He starts out shy but warms up fast, his tail wagging with excitement whenever he sees a friendly face or a treat. During kennel playtimes, heāll fetch the same soft toy over and over, bringing it right back for another toss. Heās gentle taking treats and leans in close for affection, especially if he can hold a toy while getting petted. Finnie has put in serious work at training and now has his leash manners and obedience solid. He gets a kick out of learning new things, especially alongside a strong and patient handler. With Finnie, consistency pays off. He needs to be the only dog in his home and definitely prefers his humanās full attention. He is good with children who respect a dogās space. Finnie is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for a committed adopter willing to continue building on the foundation thatās been laid for him. Give Finnie time, a few fetch toys, and honest attentionāheāll give you unwavering loyalty in return. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
