Foster or Foster-to-Adopter Needed for Edgar!!! He is a very sweet, but shy guy who is struggling to get over his kitty cold here in the shelter! He will need someone to allow him time to decompress and eventually show him that not all humans are scary! He will need to be kept separate from other cats until he is healthy.
