Meet Teddy! Teddy is a very snuggly guy, if he could snuggle all day - he would! He’s potty trained, he’s been dog friendly during his time with us, and he’s super good on leash. He would do best with someone who takes their time getting to know him. Teddy’s the type of guy that wants to engage with humans of his own accord, he doesn’t like being pressured or forced into it. He just wants everything at his pace and on his terms, is all. Come meet Teddy & let him win you over with his snuggles. Due to his coat type, he will need regular brushing at home, plus trips to the groomer every 6-8 weeks. He has tested well with other dogs at the shelter, so bring yours by for a meet and greet to see if it's a good match. Male Shih Tzu 3-4 years old 14.8 lbs Origin Story: He came to us as an owner surrender (on 4/22) with two of his puppies that have since been adopted. He was adopted, but upon arrival at home, he was scared to exit the car. The adopter tried to grab him and Teddy nipped his finger. He was promptly returned.
