Everest is currently spending her days in the Community Cat room, where she easily wins over everyone with her affectionate, lap-loving nature. She’s an eager cuddler, quick to turn on her purr engine the moment she finds a comfortable spot on a lap. Toys are a close second passion—she loves chasing pom poms and engaging in play with her brother or the older resident cats. Window sitting is a staple of her afternoons, soaking up the sun while drifting off for a nap. She's already shown herself to be good with other cats and even has some experience around dogs. Everest recently recovered from being spayed and had successful surgery to repair her right eyelid, healing up beautifully.
