Meet Boone! Labrador Retriever mix | Just under 2 years old | 72#lbs If you're looking for a friendly, handsome dog ready to jump right into family life... Boone may be your guy. Boone is a young boy with a sweet personality and a fresh start ahead of him. He previously lived with another dog, doesn't seem to mind cats, and we expect him to do well with respectful children too! Like most young Labs, Boone still has some playful energy and excitement about life, but he's overall a very friendly, happy boy who just wants to be loved and included. And let's be honest... he's ridiculously handsome too. A securely fenced yard is strongly preferred for Boone. Boone is adventurous and the world is VERY exciting to him. He was known to wander off and escape the yard often in his previous home, so his future family will need to take his safety seriously! He will also need continued work on boundaries, recall training, and should not be left unattended in open areas while adjusting to his new home. Like many young Labs, he's curious, energetic, and sometimes thinks adventures sound like a great idea. The good news? Boone is friendly, eager to please, and at the perfect age to continue learning! Now all he needs is a family committed to giving him the structure, safety, and love he deserves. Neutered | Microchipped | Heartworm & Lyme negative | Current on vaccines & monthly preventatives.
