Hiya! Russ is a 3-4 month old lab/catahoula/plott mix with a lot of puppy energy and just as much affection. His foster family loves calling him Russet or Russell, but he’ll gladly answer to anything—especially "Good Boy." Russ has gotten comfortable with dogs of all sizes in his foster home. He’s learned plenty from their big and small pack, and he’s especially proud of his dog door skills. Cuddling up under a blanket with you is easily his idea of a great evening. Russ thrives on attention and loves being right by your side or horsing around with other dogs. He’d fit right in with a home that has canine playmates. He’s got some young dog manners to polish—like softening his playful mouth on cue—but he picks things up quickly and already knows "sit," "wait," and "easy." You’ll find him energetic outdoors and up for adventure. Russ will arrive neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
