About Fitz Declawed
Fitz is an easygoing, orange and white domestic short hair with a real talent for making himself right at home. His favorite way to relax involves nudging up close and using your legs as a pillow; if you want a companion who’s always nearby, he has you covered. Fitz is around seven and a half, but age hasn’t slowed down his sociable side. He thrives around people—kids included—and has shared space with other cats and large dogs without trouble. He’s front declawed, so your furniture is safe from scratches, but that hasn’t dampened his biscuit-making skills. You’ll often find him kneading when happy and sometimes drooling in contentment when picked up. Fitz does have PICA, a condition where he’s drawn to munching fabrics and plastic, so his future family should keep those things out of reach. Otherwise, he’s low-maintenance: neutered, up to date on vaccines, and totally reliable with his litter box habits. Fitz is ready for a new start with someone who wants a loving, snuggly friend.
