About Lainey
Lainey is the quick-witted, opinionated sweetheart of the “Western Singer Sisters”—rescued young and already stealing hearts. At just 5 months, with a Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix heritage, she’s bound to be a large dog with a big, memorable personality. Lainey learns fast, relishes playtime, and is happiest when there’s a dog friend around to wrestle and guide her. She absolutely thrives with other dogs, and she’s warm with children and cats, too. Like most Pyrenees mixes, she’s loyal, clever, sometimes comical, and can be stubborn. She’ll want humans who get her streak of independence and who are present more than not. The rescue recommends experienced adopters with a securely fenced yard, another playful dog in residence, and a readiness to keep up with her sharp brain and steady energy. The preference for only one female dog at home is based on her “alpha princess” instincts with other adult females. If you invest the attention, Lainey pays it back in fun, affection, and years of watchful companionship. Born December 1, she’s a Sagittarius—so there’s a little explorer in there, too. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
