About Charlie
Charlie is a gentle soul in his golden years, ready for a peaceful retirement in a quiet home. He’s famously social among cats and people, happiest when he’s draped across a warm lap or pressed into a gentle hand for long pets. Sunbeams and window views are top on his list of daily joys, and he’ll nap quietly alongside feline companions, sharing beds without fuss. Charlie previously lived with many other cats and still prefers their company during downtime. His senior status brings a few health notes: Charlie will need a dental cleaning, as he’s showing moderate dental calculus, gingivitis, and some overgrown teeth. Shelter intake also noted a heart murmur; his chest x-rays are normal for now, but ongoing heart monitoring and a post-adoption cardiac ultrasound are highly recommended to keep tabs on his health. He’s still searching for a patient adopter who will keep up with his veterinary needs and appreciate his loving, mellow nature. Start your journey together! Apply now.
