Felix is a very loving, affectionate, and goofy cat. He loves playing fetch with bird toys and can often be found happily watching birds through the window. He has been around smaller dogs and other cats and does well with them. While he can be a little skittish at first, he warms up quickly and becomes brave and comfortable in new situations. Felix has been an indoor-only cat, with occasional supervised walks outside on a leash. He enjoys them, though he may need a little time to get reacclimated. He has lived with other cats for most of his life and has never had any issues getting along with them. He’s mostly been in calm, quiet environments, but when things get loud, he adjusts quickly and is content to relax on the couch or bed while observing everything going on around him. Felix is very food motivated, though he can be a bit picky about certain treats and wet foods. One of his sweetest habits is sleeping on your shoulder or above your head on your pillow. He’s also a major purrer and loves being close to his people. This decision has been incredibly difficult because Felix truly is an amazing cat. However, with an upcoming move and after a lot of thought, I feel he deserves a home where he can receive all the love, attention, and connection he needs. My hope is to find him a wonderful family where he can thrive and be deeply loved. This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances.
