But once he feels safe, his goofy, happy personality shines through. One minute he’s cautiously watching from a corner, and the next he’s zooming around full of joy. Papi absolutely loves other dogs and thrives with canine companionship. He enjoys being outside, sunbathing, exploring, and finding little adventures wherever he goes. He sleeps well in his crate and is doing well learning leash skills, but he is not yet house trained and will need patience and consistency as he continues learning life as a loved pet. Papi’s ideal home is one that understands shy dogs and will give him time to settle in at his own pace.
