Here comes Pepper! Isn't she adorable? She's also sweet!! Pepper LOVES humans, but she came into the shelter because she doesn't feel the same way about furry friends... She's affectionate, fun, cute - she's a lot of wonderful things, she's just not a fan of cats. She's never lived with a dog, so we're unsure how she would do around a dog. Pepper is a lovely and loving girl who just wants a human best-friend (or more than one!). She does not want to live with another cat though.
