Pooh is a neutered male, 11 pound, Chihuahua type dog. He is a mature adult but not elderly. Pooh would like a home without kids because they make him nervous. He puts up a tough front when he meets new people and snacks are not involved. The way to Poohs heart is through his tummy. He is a loyal tiny dog that needs an extra day or two to trust. He would enjoy a comfortable bed/lap to hang out on. Pooh has a favorite activity that helps him relax, he loves to watch out the front door at absolutely nothing going on every day. Pooh is great with other dogs and cats. His neuter was recent and he had alot of dental work at that time. Pooh has had full labwork done and it was found that he has hypothyroidism. He is on an inexpensive pill (0.1mg soloxine/thyro-tabs) that he takes twice a day. * 5.12.26 (He came to us with intestinal parasites so he is on medical hold until that clears completely. ) Pooh needs to find HIS person that will give him the time and love he so desperately needs and deserves.
