Gizmo is a 10-year-old Chinese Crested Dog located in Houston, TX. He enjoys a laid-back lifestyle, preferring to hang out and occasionally check in with his person for attention. Gizmo loves to lounge on a cozy dog bed and is more than satisfied with a quiet atmosphere where he can receive one-on-one love. Despite his relaxed nature, he does enjoy barking at the neighbor's dog from time to time before coming back inside when called. This little guy weighs around 10 pounds and has a distinctive hairless coat that sets him apart. He has a friendly disposition and gets along well with other dogs but often seeks human companionship over canine interaction. While he has not interacted with children since joining the rescue, he seems adaptable and his foster mom is open to testing that out. Additionally, he’s shown an agreeable nature towards cats. Gizmo’s potty manners are great, provided he’s given regular outdoor breaks. He isn’t a huge fan of car rides, but he tolerates them without issue.
