Estimated to be just over a year Brooke is healthy and eager for attention, play and companionship.Despite the rough start Brooke is friendly, full of energy, alert and and highly intelligent and gets along with everyone at the rescue. Brooke is hoping to find a fresh start with a family she can shower with lots of kisses and cuddles. . A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away. Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue. Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs.
