Ready to live her best life! This beautiful girl had been sitting at ARC of the Inland Empire since January, and the shelter environment was clearly taking a toll on her. Despite everything, everyone who spent time with Nora described her as social, loving, goofy, and full of life. A dog who still rode beautifully in the car, sought out affection, and just needed the chance to breathe outside of kennel walls again.
