Rosie is a very friendly girl who likes people, but also has a bit of an independent streak. She's a chatty petite Tortie who loves attention seems to have a perpetual smile. She enjoys people who visit her offer either pets or play time. She might be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she'll be doing belly flops and rolling over for pets. She's also very good at entertaining herself if there's no one else around. So far not much seems to phase her - either the loud noises of the shelter or the occasional dog that passes by. She came to the shelter with another cat, but they weren't best buddies. She would be fine as an only cat or with another cat friendly animal in the home.
