Sparky is a very friendly medium coat orange tabby boy. Sparky was originally caught to be TNR'd but he was VERY friendly and has adjusted so well to being indoors! Sparky gets along good with cats, dogs, and kids. He is a little shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly! He is being fostered in Kissimmee.
