About Maxine Bonded With Alexandria
Maxine is deeply bonded with her sister Alexandria—they’re nearly inseparable and cry when apart. Born alongside their mom Bean, who found herself surrendered after her owner had to leave for medical care, these sisters got an unexpected start. Their first days were tough: both girls had watery stools and weight loss, with Coccidia and bacterial infections that needed urgent care. Thankfully, with medical treatment, Maxine, Alexandria, and their mom all bounced back fast. Maxine may have started off as the runt, but she’s now grown strong and bigger than Alexandria. She leans into affection—loves to be held like a baby, snuggles up often, and always seeks closeness. Both kittens are wildly playful, curious climbers, and have endless energy for feather toys and fuzzy mice. Alexandria prefers being nearby and soaking up pets, less interested in being cradled, but still so gentle and loving. These sisters are a constant source of laughs and comfort. Setting them up in a small area at first, focusing on bonding, will work wonders for building lasting trust. Maxine and Alexandria get along with children, cats, and dogs.
