AvailableOlaf is a small, neutered male Yorkshire Terrier mix based in Aurora, IN. He is just over 5 years old and has up-to-date vaccinations. Olaf is house trained and does best as the only pet in the household. His friendly nature and unique size make him stand out among Yorkie mixes.
About Olaf York
Olaf is an unusual sight: a Yorkshire Terrier mix who weighs in at 23 pounds, offering a little more to love than your average Yorkie. His black-and-tan coat makes him easy to spot and hard to forget. At just over 5 years old, he’s active and alert, but definitely set in his ways. Olaf needs an adopter with hands-on experience—he’s not a beginner’s dog and will need to be the only animal in your home. He simply doesn’t enjoy sharing space with dogs or cats. He’s great with people and enjoys attention, but typical of the breed, he can be a bit headstrong and needs firm, clear direction. Housetraining is mostly solid; he does well in a crate and keeps it clean, though a little marking is possible at first. Consistency works wonders for him, so be ready to supervise and reinforce boundaries. Olaf’s social personality comes out when he’s with people, so you won’t lack company. If you know your way around a stubborn terrier and want a one-and-only companion, he could be a good match. Your new best friend is just one click away.
