Little Archie's favorite things include hanging in cat condos, zooming around with fun toys, and afternoon naps in warm, cozy beds. Just 8 months old, Little Archie is an all around lapcat who loves to snuggle, but prefers for you to make the first move. He is still working on his confidence but loves to be held. A calm, patient adopter who can continue to reassure him he is safe, loved, and spoiled would be the cat's meow for our Little Archie. He loves cozy places where he can watch from afar how pawsome indoor life is. With a little time, he'll be out and about and ready to explore! About Ten Lives: Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
