Butter is a 6 month-old pup who has the best swagger and the most adorable ears that flop over. He is a Sheperd Husky mix with soft grey, brown and cream fur and a naturally bobbed tail that is constantly wiggling. He weighs 32 pounds now and we think he will be only around 40lbs when he is fully grown. Butter is extremely well-behaved and has the qualities of a fine gentleman. Born at the dog rescue on Thanksgiving Night 2025, Butter has been loved and cherished by rescue workers and volunteers since day one. He is excellent with other dogs and people. A true loving companion that deserves his own home. He is a curious, confident guy, who loves exploring his environment and playing with his furry buddies. He's also loves jumping in his foster mom's lap to snuggle and is not one to turn down a good belly rub. He is calm and loving, wanting nothing more than to please his human companion. Butter has tons of personality and can be found cuddling in blankets, tumbling into dog piles, and dozing off in his food bowl. He carries around his “I love you” bone and is always ready for an adventure. He’s up to date on his vaccines and rabies shot. Butter is house-trained and leash trained. Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on-time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will be updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
