Sunny is the very best dog. We rescued her from a life on the streets, just in time for her to give birth to 14 puppies on Thanksgiving night 2025. Though exhausted, Sunny took excellent care of the babies and did everything possible to make sure they survived and thrived. She has a lovely, gentle spirit, and let the rescue team assist in caring for her puppies. After several months taking care of everyone else, Sunny is ready to be the center of attention! Approximately 2 years old, Sunny is loving, loyal and happy. Calm with medium energy. She has the best smile that lights up her entire face. She gets along with all the other dogs at the rescue ranch, loves to go on walks and rides in the car. Her absolute favorite thing is to roll over for a belly rub. In addition to her beauty, Sunny has the cutest ears that flop over the top of her head. Sunny is a husky mix, about 40 pounds and fully grown. Understanding transport: Once everything is all approved, dogs are scheduled on transport using AJC Rescue & Transport (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083418067425). Transport means dogs are carefully and thoughtfully moved via scheduled air conditioned/heated vans from our doggy ranch in Fulshear, TX to a location near you. Each transport consists of a team of two drivers who can alternate. This is how we communicate in real time. The driver who is not driving, will be updating the group chat. You will be included in this group chat to track your dog through transport. You will also be given exact location and scheduled time of arrival. Our drivers do everything possible to run on-time however, things such as traffic, weather etc. can affect arrival time. You will be updated regarding delays or possible early arrival. Keep in mind, dogs on transport stop for bathroom, walk and food breaks. For safety, all dogs are crated during transport.
