Haley is an adorable gray senior lady of 14 years. Haley is sweet, calm, and gentle. Once she warms up to you, which doesn't take long, she just can't get enough head rubs and pets. Haley takes medicine for her hyperthyroidism once a day and is a good girl about it. She eats a prescription diet to protect her kidneys. She has a bit of arthritis in her back legs that doesn't bother her much unless you handle her backend roughly. She enjoys a good comfy spot, preferably high in a cat tree, or low in a cat cubby. She doesn't mind other cats as long as they don’t bother her, but she is not a fan of dogs, at least her foster Mom's big nosey dog. She is sweetheart of a senior that deserves a comfy quiet home to spend her retirement in. To  adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
