Happy is a 3-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix who came up from a rough start on the streets of Texas. He arrived underweight and scared, but with care and patience, he’s bounced back into a gentle, affectionate soul who can’t resist a chance to cuddle. At about 10 pounds with a medium coat, he’s just the right size for lap time. Happy gets along with other dogs big and small, greets everyone with a tail wag, and does well around kids and cats. He’s crate trained and learning house training — belly bands are helping him get the hang of it. Happy transitions easily between new routines and fits in with a variety of households.
