Neutering is not done yet, but that will be included as part of the adoption process. The adoption fee covers all his initial veterinary care: deworming, vaccinations, microchipping, spay/neuter, and getting started on heartworm and flea prevention. Caper gets along well with dogs and children and is ready to meet someone who can help him grow up in a loving, stable environment.
