When his person passed away, he ended up at the shelter — an especially heartbreaking place for a senior dog to find himself. He is the sweetest, gentlest old soul. Spot doesn’t ask for much: a soft bed, a few short walks, sunny spots to nap in, and someone kind to love him through his golden years. He’s easy to be around, kind to everyone he meets, and has done well with other dogs and even guinea pigs — so we think he’d likely do just fine with cats, too. Spot is simply looking for a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe again. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be near you, content to keep you company and soak up every bit of love. For this reason we may only be able to schedule meets for one dog at a time (or litter). The average timeline between app submission and a meet and greet is 3-5 days.
