Beauregard is a young, neutered male domestic short hair with whisky-colored eyes and a brown, chocolate coat. He is around 9 months old and has been vaccinated. Beauregard is based in San Antonio, TX and is comfortable living with other cats and dogs. He is now FIP-free after successful treatment.

About Beauregard

Beauregard arrived at Helotes Humane Society as a 2-week-old kitten, barely 8 ounces and newly separated from his mother. Even then, his whisky-colored eyes hinted at his determination. He quickly became known for his curiosity and affection, always staying close to his people. He likes to lounge at his foster’s feet during kitchen time, alert and quietly involved in the household goings-on. Beau was diagnosed with FIP just as he was about to be adopted—a tough break a few years ago, but thanks to months of treatment and observation, he’s now healthy and infection-free. He seamlessly fits in with his foster’s dogs, delighting in the husky’s fluffy tail, and he treats younger foster kittens with patient gentleness. Beauregard still treasures his soft woobie blanket, which he nurses and sleeps with each night, a comfort from his earliest days. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
