Monarch Mom and her 5 kittens came to us from Alabama. She doesn't mind going back to Alabama to live, but this time she wants to be an inside, safe cat. Her kittens when to another shelter to find a great home. Monarch got a bad case of mastitis that caused her pain for a bit, but she is all better from that issue now. She is still a little shy, but really not too bad. There are just so many cats and so many different people in and out of the shelter she hasn't figured out who her core people are yet. She is working on it. But if someone would come to adopt her, she would be their core cat. She is a sweet girl and really wants a human of her own that will let her sit in their lap, sleep in their bed and give her bowl that she doesn't have to share with a bunch of other cats. She doesn't mind if you already have another cat, she'd be cool with that, but she'd prefer somewhere without 200 other cats.
