Hi, my name is Lottie... and I’m learning that the world can be a safe and gentle place. I was found as a stray and brought to the shelter, which was really overwhelming for me. But now that I’m in a loving foster home, I’m really starting to blossom. People always notice my striking eyes first—one brown and one blue—but what they really fall in love with is my sweet, gentle nature. I feel safest in calm, quiet spaces and would do best in a peaceful home. I can be a little shy at first, especially around men or loud energy, but with patience and kindness, I warm up beautifully. Once I trust you, I become a loyal little shadow who loves belly rubs, brushing sessions, toys (especially Lamb Chop!), and staying close to my people. Even at the shelter, staff noted how affectionate I am with people. One thing I know for sure? I LOVE being outside. Give me a backyard and I’ll happily sit in the grass, sniff the air, and enjoy the sunshine. I also adore other dogs and would love a friendly, confident pup in my forever home to help me continue building my confidence. My play style is dainty and gentle, and I truly wouldn’t hurt a fly. I’m fully potty trained, wonderful on leash, and calm around other dogs, cats, and even ducks. Car rides still scare me a bit, so I’m happiest being a cozy homebody. I have the sweetest soul and soft heart that will need time, patience, and kindness. But if you give me that chance, I promise you'll see I'm the sweetest, loyal girl.
