Meet Barclay! Barclay was brought into our care with another cat (Morgan) and a few kittens! They were found outside of a bank in the Utica area, and so that what inspired us to name them after banks! Barclay can be a bit conflicted when it comes to meeting new people. She has been a bit nervous being new to the shelter, but will allow a few ear scratches, especially if you toss some treats her way. However, she expects you to respect her boundaries! With a stable routine in a new home, Barclay will be able to decompress and feel comfortable with her people. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date with vaccines and housetrained.
