Jewel was found as a stray in a rural town we help. She was just a baby, and she needed help. A kind person picked her up and offered to foster, so we agreed to bring Jewel into our program. She is smart girl and has learned to be an indoor dog quickly. She has completed her veterinary care, so she’s ready to find a family who will love her forever! Jewel has done great with children as young as 7. She loves to play with other dogs of any size. She is house trained and leash trained. She does well in the car, likes to go for walks and cuddle in a comfy blanket with people. Jewel is 5 months old and only weighs 15 pounds. We think she’s a Cattle Dog mix, and will be a small to medium sized adult. Jewel is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Jewel can arrive in Cincinnati on 5/23.
