This dog is on our Call to Action list because volunteer handlers have not been able to get this dog out of her kennel in over a month. They have worked hard to provide comfort and safety from inside her kennel, but havent yet earned her trust. Ultimately this means her opportunities for enrichment and social interaction are limited.
