If you're looking for the cutest, sweetest little shadow, look no further! Phooey is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and will follow you everywhere you go. He doesn't like to be alone and prefers human companionship the most! He has not tried to make friends with the bigger kitties in his foster home yet. We think given his age, he would be able to adapt to other animals in the household just fine, as long as he gets to be the center of attention and shining star in the home!
