Sweet Minnow! This poor baby started her life starving on the streets with a bullet wound. Since being saved by Rags to Riches she has transformed into an amazing indoor cat. Minnow is smart, she responds to her name and comes when called. She is friendly to every person she encounters and just wants to be loved.
