About Carter
Carter is a 7-month-old white Lab mix who never quite seems to get where he’s going, but keeps everyone in stitches trying. If he chases his tail, he’ll probably end up rolling over. You’ll watch him do slow-motion face-plants, wag his tail until he topples, and start mock battles with his squeaky ball – only to get caught up in it. There’s no shortage of laughter around Carter. He’s a comedian in a floppy, four-pawed outfit, eager to brighten up your home with wiggly zoomies and honest-to-goodness puppy mischief. Carter is still navigating puppy life and will need someone patient to help guide him as he learns. Love, a dash of patience, and some treats will go a long way. Carter has a knack for making friends and is looking for a person or family who appreciates his silly soul. Ready to meet a goofball who’ll steal your heart? Carter's waiting in Midland, TX, at the Mabee Animal Rescue Center – and, being a September 10th baby, he’s a classic Virgo: eager to please and surprisingly loyal. Start your journey together!
