Helium was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. We're not sure how she got her name, but we must say that being around this adorable girl is VERY uplifting! Helium is extremely precious - she is sweet, confident, and affectionate. She adjusts fairly quickly to new situations and loves making new human friends. At 8 months old, Helium is what we call a "teenage kitten" - she is still a juvenile but she has almost attained her full adult body size. She still revels in getting up to kittenish hijinks, such as playing with pretty much everything she can get her paws on an exploring new areas like the kitchen sink or that bookshelf she thinks she can sit atop.
