This 9-year-old gal is dog- and likely cat-friendly and is looking forward to trying new things (with plenty of praise and reassurance as she steps out of her comfort zone.) And, at 31 pounds, she’s the perfect size for a passenger princess. As a breeder release, there’s a lot Darcy hasn’t seen yet. She can be a little tentative, but her natural curiosity often wins out, and she’ll do a LOT to be told she’s a very good girl! She’d like a quiet home with a hound brother or sister to help her gain confidence. She’s trusted to limited parts of the house when her foster family is away, although will need a fenced-in yard because she currently thinks any door available to her is a door that could potentially lead somewhere fun.
